There is a lot of confusion over some of the terminology and metrics in the sustainability space, which can create a disconnect between what companies are promoting with their sustainability initiatives and traction further down the organization. We have found that concise, engaging in-person education sessions with corporate teams on sustainability topics customized to the company’s particular areas of focus can have a dramatic impact on employees’ understanding of – and engagement with – corporate sustainability efforts.
